Wimpole Hall Home Farm play tunnel 2015

We’ve recently made some more products form reclaimed wood for Wimpole Hall.
One of them was a wooden tunnel for the childrens play area at Home Farm.

To make the structure, we built a frame to support an inner and outer ‘skin’ …

Once the ribs were formed, the inner skin was fixed in place…

Followed by the outer skin…

Then the final trim and stabilising fins were fitted, and the tunnel loaded ready for the journey to Wimpole Hall Home Farm
